Ho Hum to Ho Ho.

Hey all,

Merry Christmas Eve from Australia ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ๐ŸŽ„โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’šโค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿผ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŽ„

Thereโ€™s a million words we could use to describe 2020 but most of them are too crude for this platform and would likely get me in trouble… because hell yeah, it was a stupendously dramatic and hideous year and Iโ€™ll be so glad to see the back of it. Not that I believe everything will magically get back to normal on the 1st of January because we have a long way to go before we can be confident weโ€™ve kicked the virusโ€™s butt. However, I know we can and will….itโ€™s simply a matter of time and hope.

And what better time to refresh our hope than Christmas time, right?

I must admit, itโ€™s taken me an unusually long time to get into the spirit of the season. Sure, I put up the tree, did all the gift shopping and other preparations but it wasnโ€™t until I began to write my annual Christmas message that I began to feel even a smidgeon of the mood. If youโ€™ve known me for a while, then youโ€™ll be aware that I have made and sent a Christmas message each season, starting back in 2015 when I started my online presence and continuing. Theyโ€™re not very fancy but I make them myself (sprinkled with love) and they always express my wishes exactly. This years one is below and itโ€™s for all of you (with even more sprinkles).

Maybe it took longer to get into the mood because of all the crapola that happened this year? Maybe I was just exhausted and empty after a long year…..who knows? But whatever the reason, itโ€™s lifted finally and today in honour of the event I painted my nails red and green with sparkles (why not, hey?) and tonight Iโ€™ll watch Candles by Candlelight….an annual charity Christmas event here in my town and that will completely fix my ho-hum mood. Love listening to all the beautiful carols. My ultimate favourite would have to be โ€œO Holy Nightโ€ but thereโ€™s so many others too, like Little Drummer Boy and Silent Night. Whatโ€™s your favourite?

Wherever you are in the world, I hope that your Christmas is a wonderful time for you and your loved ones with lots of health, happiness and blessings coming your way. Please know that your support of me and my books and website mean so so much to me and I truly appreciate each and every one of you.โค๏ธโค๏ธ

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

As always, much love, ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’šโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’šโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’šโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿผ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿผ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿผ
